Golden Years Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Medication Aide to assist in administering medications to residents under physician orders and nursing supervision at our Texas facility. The role requires following established procedures, maintaining documentation, and ensuring resident safety in medication handling.

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications.
• Ability to write reports and procedures and present information to managers and employees.
• Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Responsabilidades

• Follow the facility policies governing the administering of medications.
• Note and report errors in the administration of medications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medications administered and related records.
• Participate in Quality Assurance programs and related committees.
• Verify resident identity before administering medications.
