Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the state as a Medication Aide.
• Ability to administer medications per physician orders and professional standards.
• Provide compassionate resident care with safety-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Set up and administer resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration; may supervise CNAs.
• Provide residents' personal hygiene including baths, grooming, and assistance with toileting.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as feeding, mobility, and transferring.
• Monitor resident vital signs and weight as directed and report changes to nursing staff.
