• Interact with residents, families, staff, and visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner.
• Ensure residents are free from abuse (physical, verbal and sexual).
• Support resident independence through recreation based on individual preferences.
• Uphold residents' rights to make personal choices in line with the service plan.
• Attend all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
