Job Description: Commission-Only Sales Representative / Independent Sales Representative

Location: Remote,

Territory: United States

Commission Range – 20% - 30%

Job Overview:We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Commission-Only Sales Representatives or Independent Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. This is a remote, commission-based position with the potential for significant earnings based on performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of SaaS products, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Target Prospective Clients:

  • Research and identify potential clients within assigned industries.
  • Utilize various sales techniques to engage and convert prospects.

Sales and Lead Management:

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other methods.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.

Product Presentations:

  • Conduct product presentations to showcase the value of Etaprise’s solutions.
  • Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the sales process.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager on sales performance and market feedback.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Compensation:

  • This is a commission-only position with high earning potential.
  • Commission range 20% - 30%
  • Commissions are paid based on the successful closure of sales and the achievement of sales targets.
