Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License in resident state (additional non-resident licenses a plus).
• Current AHIP certification preferred.
• Prior Medicare sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales opportunities with prospective Medicare members.
• Educate clients on Medicare Plan options.
• Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Complete enrollments accurately and in compliance with CMS and carrier guidelines.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM and enrollment systems.
• Meet or exceed sales, productivity, and quality performance goals.
