Who we are looking for:

Relive Health is seeking a Medical Aesthetician passionate about growing and learning in aesthetics and medicine. The ideal candidate will have experience in client care and education regarding high-level aesthetic practices, including consultations, treatment plans, invasive and non-invasive procedures such as laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, chemical peels, HydraFacial, dermaplaning, and skin rejuvenation. A thorough understanding of medical-grade skincare products, pre- and post-care procedures is essential. The role emphasizes building ongoing client relationships through active listening and education.

Responsibilities

• Administer aesthetic treatments following RELIVE Health policies and procedures
• Evaluate clients' suitability for services and perform treatments accordingly
• Provide clear information on treatments, risks, and care instructions
• Educate clients on aesthetic services and products
• Complete detailed paperwork and consent forms accurately
• Work collaboratively with team members and adapt as needed
• Monitor, document, and address patient concerns
• Follow all policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain detailed charts and personalized notes
• Uphold professional standards and sterile techniques
• Keep licenses and certifications up to date
• Assist with social media content creation for promoting services
• Conduct follow-up calls post-procedures and product purchases

Qualifications/Education and Work Environment:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Licensed Medical Aesthetician with an established client following
• Experience with SkinPen microneedling, HydraFacial, medical-grade peels, Clarity 2 laser
• Complete ZO Core and Advanced Series training within 60 days of employment
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Salesforce, etc.)
• Strong teamwork skills and professional appearance
• Provide a social media portfolio

Work Environment:

• Operate in a medical facility with client care equipment and hazardous materials; exposure to bloodborne pathogens possible
• Ability to respond quickly to client needs, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Job Details:

Part-time (2–3 days/week, Fridays and Saturdays required)

Compensation:

• $18–$20/hour
• 10% commission on services
