Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, you'll be their trusted advisor on their beauty journey. Your Role at Sally Beauty

1. Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
2. Recommend additional and complementary products.
3. Inform customers about current promotions and events.
4. Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
5. Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
6. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
7. Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
8. Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Requirements: Legal & Physical

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally using a ladder, with or without accommodations. May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally. The role involves long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. Work may include exposure to moving parts, carts, machines, and irritant chemicals.
