* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment.* Installs, programs, or repairs automated machinery and equipment such as robots or programmable controllers.* Maintain current knowledge of state regulations affecting Mechanical HVAC work.* Sets up and operates machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs and fixtures, and tools.* Operates cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.* Will be required to run the house during designated times.* Will be required to be on call during designated times.* Shovels snow from walks and driveways. Push snow with truck or tractor.
