Spur Design in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Mechanical Engineer (PE preferred) to design mechanical and plumbing systems across a range of projects, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality construction documents.

The role requires 4+ years in the construction industry, FE exam, ABET‑accredited degree, and strong communication, organization, and Revit proficiency. Travel to sites and offices is expected.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in the construction industry
• ABET-accredited engineering degree
• Passed FE exam
• Strong reading of construction documents and drawings
• Familiarity with architectural building systems and accessibility guidelines
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Bluebeam

Responsabilidades

• Provide mechanical engineering design, guidance, and documentation on Spur Design projects
• Develop detailed mechanical drawings/specifications using Revit MEP
• Produce contract documents, specifications, calculations, and submission packages
• Apply codes and company standards to ensure quality service
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary team and manage project priorities
• Maintain accurate daily records and update BIM libraries
