Walmart is seeking a Licensed Mechanical Contractor to oversee preventive and predictive maintenance for its facilities within a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians and collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership to ensure efficient, safe operations.

The role requires travel ~50% within the region, licensing maintenance, and staying current on regulations. A sign-on bonus is included for this virtual event–driven opportunity.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Contractor required.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• PMP Certification and Lean Six Sigma are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of Walmart facilities regionally.
• Lead a team of technicians and coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Engage with vendors and contractors as needed; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Produce reporting and analytics on maintenance performance.
