Job summary

PMC Medical Group in Clinton Township, MI is seeking a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW, LMFT or LPC) to join our compassionate team. This full-time role offers a $6,000 retention bonus, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a competitive salary based on experience.

You will provide individual and family therapy, complete biopsychosocial assessments, maintain documentation, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help clients access resources.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work and active Michigan license.
• 1+ year of experience working with children.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Stay current on CMH trainings and develop treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Location: Clinton Township, MI

Hours: Full time, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6pm with some flexibility (some evening hours as needed.

Compensation: Fully licensed: $57,200 - 65,200 based on experience

What You Bring:

• Master's degree in social work

• Ability to work with Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Record, Human Resource Management System (HRMS), MI Bridges (MDHHS), SOS System
• Provide referrals when needed to community resources or other health providers
• 1+ year of experience working with children
