Job summary

PMC Medical Staffing seeks an Outpatient Therapist (LMSW, LMFT or LPC) in Flint, MI. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm with some evening hours as needed, and includes a $6,000 retention bonus.

Provide individual and family therapy, perform biopsychosocial assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person care. Active Michigan license required; experience with children preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Michigan as LMSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Familiar with CMH trainings and documentation standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual and family therapy services across diverse populations

What You Bring:

• Active license in Michigan as an LMSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Stay current on all CMH required trainings
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Record, Human Resource Management System (HRMS), MI Bridges (MDHHS), SOS System
• Provide referrals when needed to community resources or other health providers
• 1+ year of experience working with children
