PMC Medical in Flint, MI seeks a fully licensed social worker to provide individual and family therapy in a client-centered setting. You will complete biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

$6000 retention bonus offered!

Location: Flint, MI

Hours: Full time, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6pm with some flexibility (some evening hours as needed.

Compensation: Fully licensed: $57,200 - 65,200 based on experience

What You Bring:

• Ability to work with Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Record, Human Resource Management System (HRMS), MI Bridges (MDHHS), SOS System
• Provide referrals when needed to community resources or other health providers
