Job summary

PMC Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) for a full-time role in Mason, MI. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 9am to 6pm with some flexibility.

The LMSW will provide individual and family therapy, complete assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person care, including community resources. Benefits and annual pay range are listed in the posting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work required.
• LMSW licensure or eligibility.
• 1+ year of experience with children preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with EMR and HRMS systems.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) for a full-time opportunity in Mason, MI.

Schedule / Shift: Full-Time, Monday -Friday, 9am - 6pm (some flexibility with hours as needed)

Pay Rate Range: $57,200 - 65,200 (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy services across diverse populations
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person care
• Support clients navigating mental health, social challenges, and community resources.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Stay current on all CMH required trainings
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Record, Human Resource Management System (HRMS), MI Bridges (MDHHS), SOS System
• 1+ year of experience working with children
