Job summary

Third Space Therapy is seeking passionate Associate Therapists to deliver Medicaid-supported telehealth services. We handle billing, credentialing, and insurance, so you can focus on care and client outcomes.

You’ll work remotely, building a diverse Medicaid caseload, with supervision support and a robust referral network to sustain your hours toward licensure.

Qualifications

• Valid LMSW license in Missouri in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Social Work with at least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience.
• Your own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).
• Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools.
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, plus your own computer and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and additional languages are a plus.

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare.

We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side — billing, insurance, credentialing — so you can focus on care.
