Job summary

Third Space Therapy invites Associate Therapists to join a telehealth-centric practice focused on Medicaid behavioral healthcare. You’ll set your own hours, access administrative support, and deliver therapy remotely from a HIPAA-compliant home office.

Qualified candidates hold a licensed Associate Counselor in good standing (Arizona), a Master’s in Counseling, and have experience or comfort with EHRs. You’ll receive supervision referrals and a steady stream of Medicaid clients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling required.
• Valid LAC license in good standing in Arizona.
• Own malpractice coverage: $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate.
• Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools.
• Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable internet.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to Medicaid population.

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare.

We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side — billing, insurance, credentialing — so you can focus on care.

What you'll bring

• A valid LAC license in good standing in the state of Arizona

• A Master’s degree in Counseling with at least 6 months of hands‑on therapy or assessment experience

• Your own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)

• Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools

• A quiet, HIPAA‑compliant home office, plus your own computer and reliable internet, for confidential virtual sessions

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and additional languages are a plus
