Job summary

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We are seeking Associate Therapists to provide telehealth services to Medicaid members, help accrue clinical hours toward licensure, and grow through continuing education with supervision built in.

TThird Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare.

We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population, accrue clinical hours toward licensure, and grow through continuing education with supervision built in.

This is a part-time, hourly W-2 position based in Massachusetts.

What you'll need

• A valid LCSW license in good standing in Massachusetts

• A Master's degree in Social Work, with at least 6 months of hands‑on therapy or assessment experience

• Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools

• A quiet, HIPAA‑compliant home office for confidential virtual sessions

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and additional languages are a plus
