Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Master Plumber for large-scale new construction projects across the Mid-Atlantic region.

You will lead plumbing installations, review blueprints, ensure code compliance, and coordinate with GCs, superintendents and other trades. This hands-on leadership role requires a valid Master Plumber license (PA/NJ/DE or nearby) and willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Active Master Plumber license required for PA/NJ/DE or Mid-Atlantic jurisdiction.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and installation methods.
• Willingness to travel regionally and lead crews on-site.

Growing construction organization is seeking an experienced Licensed Master Plumber to support large-scale new‑construction projects throughout the Mid‑Atlantic.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee plumbing installations including underground, rough‑in, domestic water, sanitary, storm, gas and fixtures.
• Read blueprints and ensure work meets code, quality and project requirements.
• Coordinate with GCs, superintendents, project managers and other trades.
• Lead crews while maintaining safety, productivity and schedules.
• Support inspections, testing and project closeout.

Requirements

• Active Master Plumber license in PA, NJ, DE or another Mid‑Atlantic jurisdiction.
• Strong multifamily, mixed‑use, senior living, hospitality or large‑scale residential experience.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing codes and installation methods.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
