Job summary

TR Construction Group is seeking an experienced WSSC-licensed master plumber to lead field operations for complex residential work. You will pull permits, supervise journeymen and apprentices, and ensure quality and code compliance in Maryland/Virginia markets.

Responsibilities include mentoring crews, handling complex diagnostics and gas work, and maintaining profitable project outcomes while adhering to WSSC, gas-fitting, and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• WSSC Master Plumber license required (reciprocity available).
• Extensive residential plumbing and gas-fitting experience.
• Thorough knowledge of WSSC code, permitting and inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise residential plumbing installation, service and repair work, including sewer and drain cleaning.
• Pull permits and ensure code compliance and inspection sign-off.
• Direct and mentor journeymen and apprentices; document training hours.
