Whitegate Mechanical, Inc. is seeking an experienced Licensed Master Plumber to support our growing portfolio of new-construction projects across the Mid-Atlantic region.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership of plumbing installations in multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, hospitality and large-scale residential builds. The ideal candidate will manage field crews, ensure safety, code compliance and project schedules, read drawings, and coordinate with project teams to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Active Master Plumber license in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware or another Mid-Atlantic jurisdiction.
• Experience in multifamily or large-scale new-construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, materials and installation methods.
• Ability to lead crews and manage quality and productivity.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel between regional projects.

Responsibilities

• Install and oversee underground, rough-in, domestic water, sanitary, storm, gas and plumbing fixture systems.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and submittals.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, general contractors and other trades.
• Identify field issues early and assist with practical solutions.
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning and project closeout.
