Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is recruiting an experienced Licensed Master Plumber for our growing construction client supporting large-scale new-construction projects across the Mid-Atlantic.

The role is hands-on leadership, overseeing plumbing installations from underground to fixtures, ensuring compliance with codes, safety standards and project requirements. You will read blueprints, coordinate with GCs, superintendents and other trades, lead crews, and support inspections, testing and

Qualifications

• Active Master Plumber license in PA, NJ, DE or another Mid-Atlantic jurisdiction.
• Strong multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, hospitality or large-scale residential experience.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing codes and installation methods.
• Willingness to travel regionally with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee plumbing installations including underground, rough-in, domestic water, sanitary, storm, gas and fixtures.
• Read blueprints and ensure work meets code, quality and project requirements.
• Coordinate with GCs, superintendents, project managers and other trades.
• Lead crews while maintaining safety, productivity and schedules.
• Support inspections, testing and project closeout.
