Hand & Stone Richmond West End is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and valued guests. We believe that skincare is more than just a treatment, it's the change to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients!

With innovative services and customized long-term treatment plans, our Estheticians are educated and empowered to make a client's facial appointment the best hour of their month.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.

Responsibilities
