Hand & Stone Falls Church is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and valued guests. As an Esthetician, you will perform world class skincare treatments and design progressive homecare regimens tailored to each client’s goals, helping them achieve visible results.

Maintain an active Esthetics license, carry liability insurance, and adhere to state regulations. You will also drive sales, participate in training, and contribute to creating an outstanding spa

Qualifications

• Active esthetics-related customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate skincare goals and plans effectively.
• Comfort with promoting retail products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class client experience through top-level esthetic services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens.
• Communicate with clients and spa leadership to ensure satisfaction and progress.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
