Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical experience in industrial environments.
• Strong leadership ability and experience coaching teams of approximately five electricians.
• Proficient in reading electrical drawings and I/O-link diagrams.
• Ability to understand, plan, and execute a defined scope of work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor team members while ensuring a safe work environment.
• Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Develop material lists from drawings and communicate requirements.
• Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements.
