Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa in Lubbock, TX is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to join our luxury spa team. Earn approximately $40-$55 per hour including tips, with up to a $250 sign-on bonus.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, free uniforms, and growth opportunities with relocation support available for those relocating to Lubbock. As a therapist, you will provide customized massage and body treatments, review intake forms, and deliver an exceptional guest experience while upholding

Qualifications

• Active or transferring Texas Massage Therapy license or a license from another state.
• 1-2 years of massage therapy experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Passion for massage therapy, wellness, and guest care.
• Professional, dependable and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized massage therapy and body treatments based on guest needs.
• Review guest intake forms and tailor services accordingly.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience while upholding Woodhouse service standards.
• Offer service enhancements and educate guests on benefits.
• Recommend home-care and wellness products when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, serene, safe, and professional treatment environment.
• Accurately document guest treatment notes.
• Collaborate with spa team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Uphold Woodhouse standards for safety, sanitation, professionalism, and guest care.
