The Woodhouse Day Spa in Lubbock, TX is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to join our established luxury spa. Enjoy a compensation package that includes hourly pay plus tips and enhancement bonuses, plus an up to $500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active or transferring Texas Massage Therapy License or out-of-state license.
• 1–2 years of massage therapy experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Passion for massage therapy and guest care; team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized massage therapy and body treatments based on guest needs.
• Review intake forms and tailor services appropriately.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience while upholding Woodhouse standards.
• Inform guests about service enhancements and home-care options.
• Maintain a clean, serene treatment environment and proper documentation.

What You'll Do

• Provide customized massage therapy and body treatments based on each guest's individual needs
• Review guest intake forms and tailor services appropriately
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining Woodhouse service standards
• Offer service enhancements and educate guests on their benefits
• Recommend home-care and wellness products when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, serene, safe, and professional treatment environment
• Accurately document guest treatment notes
• Collaborate with our spa team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Uphold all Woodhouse standards for safety, sanitation, professionalism, and guest care

Qualifications

• Active or transferring your license Texas Massage Therapy License or a current Massage Therapy License from another state
• 1–2 years of massage therapy experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• A passion for massage therapy, wellness, and genuinely caring for guests
• Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and guest-service skills
• Team-oriented mindset
