The Woodhouse Day Spa in Belton, Texas is hiring full-time and part-time massage therapists. Join a beautiful new spa on Main Street, with a focus on exceptional guest experiences and luxurious service.

We provide paid training and ongoing education, generous benefits, and access to vendor trainings. This is a high-volume, quality-focused environment where therapists remain busy and supported by a strong team.

Qualifications

• Must have a Texas Massage Therapy License.
• Experience in spa massage preferred.
• Excellent customer service and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform exceptional massages and body treatments following Woodhouse protocols.
• Prepare each treatment based on our criteria and educate guests on benefits.
• Upsell services and products to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain Woodhouse standards in treatment areas and ambiance.
• Proudly uphold continuing education to refine skills.

More Specifically, Our Masterful Massage Therapist

• Performs exceptional massages and body treatments following award winning protocols
• Fully prepares each and every treatment based on our treatment criteria
• Educates the guest on the benefits of the service performed and recommends products for home use
• Talks up all the other great services we offer and provides enhancement treatments
• Has a most recent and up to date massage license
• Provides consistent and stellar treatments up to 7 times per day (we like to keep you busy)
• Is a steward of the Woodhouse Brand making sure all treatment areas are prepared to the Woodhouse standards
• Always improving skills by attending continuing education classes
