Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa - Lubbock is seeking licensed massage therapists to join our established luxury spa. You will deliver customized massage and body treatments, review intake forms, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while maintaining Woodhouse standards.

We welcome licensed therapists (Texas or from another state) with 1–2 years of experience, or new graduates eager to grow. Relocation assistance is available and relocation packages may be discussed.

Qualifications

• Active or transferring your Texas Massage Therapy License or a current license from another state.
• 1–2 years massage therapy experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Passion for massage therapy and guest wellbeing.
• Professional, dependable and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized massage therapy and body treatments based on guest needs.
• Review guest intake forms and tailor services accordingly.

• Recommend home-care and wellness products when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, serene, safe, and professional treatment environment.
• Accurately document guest treatment notes.
• Collaborate with spa team for smooth daily operations.
• Uphold Woodhouse safety, sanitation, and guest-care standards.
