Solterra Wellness Club in Columbus, OH, is hiring an Ohio-licensed massage therapist for our founding full-time W-2 team. Opening October 2026 at The Galaxy at Polaris, Solterra blends Pilates, yoga, recovery, massage, skin health, medical wellness, and hospitality.

Deliver personalized massage, build strong client relationships, and contribute to growing the program from day one with full support systems, including booking, marketing, and front-desk help.

Qualifications

• Hold an active Ohio Massage Therapy license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of professional massage experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on skills with client-centered approach.
• Professional, reliable, punctual, warm, hospitality-minded.
• Flexible availability, including some evenings or weekends.
• Specialized training in therapeutic, deep-tissue, sports/recovery, myofascial, prenatal, lymphatic, or related modalities is valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized massage supporting relaxation, recovery, mobility, pain relief, and stress reduction.
• Conduct thoughtful intakes, review contraindications, confirm goals and pressure preferences, and provide appropriate aftercare.
• Maintain clean, calm, organized, guest-ready treatment spaces.
• Create a consistent experience that encourages rebooking and long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with Solterra's movement, recovery, skin-health, and wellness teams.

Solterra Wellness Club is hiring an Ohio-licensed massage therapist for our founding full-time W-2 team. Opening October 2026 at The Galaxy at Polaris, Solterra brings together Pilates, yoga, recovery, massage, skin health, medical wellness, and thoughtful hospitality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Consistent availability, including some evenings and/or weekends.
• Specialized training in therapeutic, deep-tissue, sports/recovery, myofascial, trigger-point, prenatal, lymphatic, or related modalities is valued.

FULL-TIME SCHEDULE

This role is for a therapist seeking a consistent weekly schedule and an opportunity to grow with Solterra. A full-time schedule may include approximately 30-35 scheduled hours per week. Appointment volume will build with membership and demand, making this a strong fit for someone excited to establish the program from opening day.

COMPENSATION AND PERKS

• W-2 employee position with competitive service-based compensation.
• Estimated earnings of $45-75 per completed appointment, including service pay and tips.
