Job summary

Solterra Wellness Club is opening at The Galaxy at Polaris and is seeking a part-time Ohio-licensed Nurse Practitioner to launch and grow our Medical Wellness and Aesthetics services. This hands-on startup role favors a clinically strong, entrepreneurial provider who values patient safety, education, genuine hospitality, and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio APRN license in good standing and appropriate prescriptive authority.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS strongly preferred.
• Strong experience with IV starts, infusions, IM injections, and subcutaneous injections.
• Aesthetic injectable experience is preferred but not required with training available.
• Excellent documentation and clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-informed aesthetic and wellness treatments within Ohio scope and Solterra protocols.
• Complete thorough consultations, histories, assessments, consents, charting, and follow-up.
• Maintain infection-control, medication handling, emergency-readiness, and patient-safety standards.
• Educate clients honestly and recommend appropriate treatment plans without high-pressure sales.
• Collaborate with Solterra leadership and supervising or collaborating physician.
• Help refine workflows, protocols, inventory, service standards, and launch programming.
• Participate in occasional events, consultations, and community education.
• Build a reliable recurring weekly schedule that may include selected evenings or weekends.

Solterra Wellness Club is opening at The Galaxy at Polaris and is seeking a part-time Ohio-licensed Nurse Practitioner to help launch and grow our Medical Wellness and Aesthetics services. This is a hands‑on startup role for a clinically strong, entrepreneurial provider who values patient safety, thoughtful education, genuine hospitality, and long‑term client relationships. Patient volume will build as Solterra opens and grows, so this should not be viewed as immediate full‑time income. We welcome experienced aesthetic injectors as well as strong Nurse Practitioners who may not yet have every aesthetic skill but are genuinely interested in completing formal hands‑on training. Solterra is prepared to invest in approved specialty training for the right candidate under a separate written, prorated training agreement.

Services may include:

• Neuromodulators such as Botox and Dysport


• Dermal fillers and Sculptra, as training and demonstrated competency allow


• IV hydration and vitamin infusions, including NAD+


• IM and subcutaneous vitamin and wellness injections


• Patient consultations, medical screening, treatment planning, informed consent, documentation, follow‑up, and complication readiness

Responsibilities:

Compensation:

This position begins with a guaranteed rate of $50 per hour for approved scheduled hours while the provider develops a patient base. The provider will also be eligible for production‑based commission. For each pay period, compensation will be calculated using both methods, and the provider will receive whichever amount is greater, not both amounts added together. Solterra’s anticipated production structure is 60% to the provider and 40% to Solterra, calculated on collected service revenue after agreed direct product costs and subject to the final written employment agreement.

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio APRN license in good standing and appropriate prescriptive authority


• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program


• Current BLS certification; ACLS strongly preferred


• Strong recent experience with IV starts, infusions, IM injections, and subcutaneous injections preferred


• Aesthetic injectable experience is preferred but not required for an otherwise excellent clinical candidate willing to complete approved training


• Sound clinical judgment, calm response to adverse reactions, and meticulous documentation


• Professional liability coverage or ability to obtain required coverage


• Warm, polished communication style and commitment to an elevated, inclusive client experience


• Ability to commit to consistent recurring part‑time hours
