Solterra Wellness Club is hiring an Ohio-licensed massage therapist for our founding part-time W-2 team. Opening October 2026 at The Galaxy at Polaris, Solterra brings together Pilates, yoga, recovery, massage, skin health, medical wellness, and thoughtful hospitality.

This role is ideal for a skilled therapist who wants consistent appointment blocks alongside another practice, family commitments, or a flexible professional schedule. Solterra provides two fully equipped shared treatment rooms, massage tables, linens and laundry, products and supplies, booking and payment systems, marketing, front-desk support, and internal referrals.

Massage is part of the complete member experience - not a room rental. You will serve active adults, movement members, recovery-focused guests, and clients seeking relief from stress, tension, soreness, pain, and mobility limitations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver personalized massage supporting relaxation, recovery, mobility, pain relief, and stress reduction.
• Conduct thoughtful intakes, review contraindications, confirm goals and pressure preferences, and provide appropriate aftercare.
• Maintain clean, calm, organized, guest-ready treatment spaces.
• Create a consistent experience that encourages rebooking and long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with Solterra's movement, recovery, skin-health, and wellness teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Current Ohio Massage Therapy License in active good standing.
• At least one year of professional massage experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on skills and an adaptable, client-centered approach.
• Professional, reliable, punctual, warm, and hospitality-minded.
• Availability for consistent weekly appointment blocks; evening and weekend availability is especially valuable.
• Specialized training in therapeutic, deep-tissue, sports/recovery, myofascial, trigger-point, prenatal, lymphatic, or related modalities is valued.

PART-TIME SCHEDULE

Part-time schedules may include approximately 12-24 scheduled hours per week, built around consistent appointment blocks. Initial volume may begin more limited and grow as membership and demand build. Candidates able to support evenings, weekends, or complementary coverage are strongly encouraged to apply.

COMPENSATION AND PERKS

• W-2 employee position with competitive service-based compensation.
• Estimated earnings of $45-$75 per completed appointment, including service pay and tips.
