Myo is modern physical therapy designed to FutureProof the body. Our care model centers on a 5-phase framework to help clients move better and take proactive control of their health.

We believe pain relief is only the beginning, and we equip clinicians with time, structure, and support to deliver care with confidence and purpose. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive 70+ hours of onboarding in 90 days, ongoing mentorship, and growth pathways into leadership as a Founding Team

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program.
• Active California Massage Therapy certification (CAMTC) or eligibility to obtain certification in California.
• Strong commitment to high-quality assessment, hands-on care, and movement-based treatment.
• Interest in working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional, clinical, and business development.

• Select activations may include expense-covered travel.

Premium 1:1 Care

• Treat fewer than 8 clients per day in a true one-on-one care model.
• Work with engaged clients focused on movement, performance, and proactive care.
• Practice in a collaborative clinical environment with ongoing case discussions and peer learning.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive total compensation combining base wage with a performance-based fee split, scaled to experience, clinical performance, and alignment with Myo’s core values.
