Job summary

Myo is seeking a Massage Therapist in a full-time/part-time role in New York. The compensation includes a base hourly wage plus a fee split, with generous onboarding and ongoing mentorship to support clinical growth.

You will deliver high-quality 1:1 care, maintain a sustainable caseload, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program.
• Active California Massage Therapy certification (CAMTC) or eligibility to obtain certification in California.
• Strong commitment to high-quality assessment, hands-on care, and movement-based treatment.
• Interest in working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional, clinical, and business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 massage therapy in a true one-on-one care model.
• Develop and manage a sustainable caseload with movement-based treatment.
• Collaborate with Clinic Director and Lead Clinician to ensure best practices.
• Engage in ongoing mentorship, peer learning, and professional development.
• Represent Myo in the clinic and participate in community activities and events.

• Treat fewer than 8 clients per day in a true one-on-one care model.

• Practice in a collaborative clinical environment with ongoing case discussions and peer learning.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive total compensation combining base wage with a performance-based fee split, scaled to experience, clinical performance, and alignment with Myo’s core values.
