Job summary

Myo is launching a Manhattan Beach clinic in Fall 2026 and is building a founding clinician team. As a founding clinician, you will help define clinical standards, patient experience, and team culture in a premier 1:1 care model.

We offer mentorship, onboarding, leadership pathways, and opportunities to participate in community events as the brand grows, with competitive compensation of $90,000–$140,000 per year and benefits including health coverage and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure in California.
• Strong commitment to high-quality assessment, hands-on care, and movement-based treatment.
• Interest in working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional, clinical, and business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

• As a founding clinician, establish the clinical standard, client experience, and team culture at the Manhattan Beach clinic.

Myo is coming to Manhattan Beach in Fall 2026, and we're intentionally building our founding team from the ground up. We're starting conversations early to bring together a high-calibre group of clinicians who want to help define the standard, shape the culture, and introduce the Myo experience to the community from day one.

As a founding clinician, you'll play a key role in establishing the clinical standard, client experience, and team culture at our newest Los Angeles clinic.

Located in a vibrant and active community, the clinic will serve surfers, runners, athletes, professionals, and families who value movement, performance, longevity, and proactive healthcare.
