Instituteimage is seeking a licensed massage therapist to join our team in a vibrant wellness environment. You will deliver therapeutic massage sessions designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and support overall well-being, within a collaborative spa setting.

The role requires a Florida license, ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays, and strong communication with guests. We offer Growth opportunities, team support, and ongoing training in a med spa context.

Qualifications

• Valid massage therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Experience in customer service within a med spa or wellness setting is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide up to five (5) 60-minute sessions per day.
• Review client intake forms and conduct intake conversations with guests.
• Maintain accurate SOAP documentation and HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.
• Collaborate with Guest Services for seamless guest transitions.
• Maintain a clean, safe massage room following sanitation protocols.
• Uphold state sanitation, draping, and informed consent standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.

Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. Our therapists provide intentional, therapeutic massage sessions that complement the Nordic Spa experience and support whole-body wellness. We’re looking for practitioners who are passionate about bodywork, grounded in ethical practice, and excited to be part of a collaborative wellness environment. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well‑being. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on clients’ lives while working in a vibrant, supportive environment dedicated to health and healing.

Responsibilities

• Provide up to five (5) 60-minute sessions per day
• Review client intake forms and conduct thorough intake conversations with guests
• Maintain accurate SOAP documentation while upholding confidentiality in line with HIPAA, state standards
• Collaborate with the Guest Services team to ensure a seamless guest transition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming massage treatment room in line with sanitation and safety protocols
• Uphold all state regulations for sanitation, draping, and informed consent
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities

Skills
