Duties

• Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to client needs
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on physiology knowledge and patient feedback
• Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Educate clients on pain management techniques, occupational health practices, and self‑care routines to support ongoing wellness
• Ensure a safe environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols, including CPR certification requirements
• Collaborate with medical professionals when necessary to coordinate care and discuss patient assessments using medical terminology
• Provide exceptional patient service by listening attentively, addressing concerns, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current credentials and certifications in CPR
• Proven experience in massage therapy, particularly in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and occupational health settings
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pain management techniques to effectively treat diverse conditions
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their individual needs
