Job Description:

Peaceful Day Spa is seeking a dedicated and licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about bodywork, skilled in multiple massage modalities, and committed to creating a calming, restorative experience for each client.

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional massage therapy sessions, including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty treatments such as hot stone, sports, neuromuscular or trigger point therapy.
• Maintain accurate client records and uphold all sanitation and safety standards.
• Recommend appropriate home care or add-on treatments to enhance client results.
• Foster long‑term relationships through exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Current state license or certification in Massage Therapy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, reliable, punctual, and passionate about wellness.
• Experience in spa or therapeutic environments preferred.

Compensation & Schedule:

• 30% commission on all services performed.
• 20% commission on retail product sales.
• Bi-monthly pay schedule (1st and 15th of each month).
• Flexible scheduling options available.
