Looking for a massage therapy role where you can do great work, build lasting client relationships, and be part of a welcoming community? You may have found your spot.

For nearly 80 years, the Osher Marin JCC has been a hub for connection, culture, wellness, and community in Marin County. Rooted in Jewish values and open to everyone, the JCC brings people together through fitness and wellness, preschool, camps, arts and culture, family programs, classes, events, and more.

Our Health & Fitness Center is looking for an experienced and caring Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. You'll have the opportunity to work with an established client base in a supportive environment and we take care of the supplies and laundry so you can focus on what you do best: helping people feel their best.

What You'll Do

• Provide professional massage sessions tailored to each client's needs and wellness goals
• Create a comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing experience for clients
• Communicate with clients about preferences, goals, and ongoing care
• Maintain accurate client records
• Keep your massage space clean, organized, and inviting
• Help spread the word about massage and wellness services at the JCC

What We're Looking For

• Current California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) certification
• At least 500 hours of massage training or 5 years of professional experience
• Valid professional liability insurance
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to client care
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Interest in continuing to learn and grow in your practice
• Comfortable working independently while also being part of a collaborative wellness team

Schedule

We're currently looking for availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and/or Saturdays between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

You don't need to work the full 9–6 window. We're looking for shifts of at least 5 hours that fall within those available times.
