The JCC Association of North America is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist in Worcester, MA. This part-time position involves providing various massage techniques tailored to clients' needs while maintaining a professional and ethical standard.

The therapist will work with a supportive team to promote health and wellness, maintain treatment records and cleanliness, and educate clients on wellness techniques. Competitive compensation of $40-$50 per hour is offered, along with employee discounts and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current massage therapy license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Client-focused attitude is essential.
• CPR/First Aid Certification is a plus.

Principal Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and support our mission of whole-body wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of massage techniques tailored to each client's needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports and therapeutic modalities.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals, health conditions, and preferences.
• Maintain detailed and accurate treatment notes.
• Educate clients on follow-up care, stretching, and relaxation techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the massage room and equipment.
• Uphold all professional and ethical standards in accordance with local/state licensing boards.
