Job summary

Massage Envy Roanoke is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) to deliver therapeutic bodywork that helps clients meet their wellness goals. We offer a competitive base pay of $18.00-$24.00 per hour plus tips, bonuses, and commissions, with full-time employees receiving employer-paid health care, paid time off, and a supportive growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with Virginia licensing requirements.
• Minimum 500 hours of massage therapy schooling with certificate of completion.

• Stay connected to clients during sessions and follow through on goals.

Qualified Candidates:

• Satisfy all licensing requirements to perform services in Virginia
• Have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion
• Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others
• Are excited to build on their bodywork mastery with different protocols and products (like Total Body Stretch, Rapid Tension Relief, and more)

Day-to-Day:

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals
