Job summary

Massage Envy Lynchburg is hiring massage therapists to provide high-quality bodywork and client-centered care in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

You will perform therapeutic sessions, discuss client goals, and introduce follow-up and added services that promote wellness. The role includes ongoing training on protocols and products while offering a flexible schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must satisfy Virginia licensing requirements to perform services.
• Minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion.
• Genuine passion for improving the lives of others.
• Eager to build bodywork mastery with protocols and products like Total Body Stretch and Rapid Tension Relief.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations.
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service.
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals.
