About The Job

About Us: Renew is a leading chiropractic and massage clinic specializing in assisting patients in their recovery from accidents and injuries. Our dedicated team of professionals is committed to providing comprehensive care to help patients regain pain-free mobility and balance in their bodies. We are seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team.

Position Overview

The LMT applicant must be passionate about patient care and have a strong commitment to helping individuals recover from accidents and injuries. The ideal candidate will be confident in their massage therapy skills and possess a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as the importance of therapeutic massage in rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of patients to determine effective massage therapy techniques.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Perform 25–55 minute massage sessions and complete SOAP notes by the end of the shift.
• Maintain a warm, professional, and positive demeanor throughout the session.
• Arrive at least 10 minutes early to prepare for the shift.
• Practice high standards of sanitation, neatness, and preparedness.
• Support team operations, including linen room duties.
• Contribute to a positive environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Active Massage Therapy License in Oregon.
• Active liability and malpractice insurance.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques like deep tissue and trigger point therapy.
• Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals.
