A thriving outpatient physical therapy clinic, is seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team. Our clinic is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical conditions. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our physical therapists to enhance treatment outcomes through therapeutic massage.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customized therapeutic massage treatments based on individual patient needs and physical therapy plans.
• Work in tandem with physical therapists to support rehabilitation goals and optimize patient recovery.
• Educate patients on the benefits of massage in the recovery process and provide self-care recommendations as appropriate.
• Ensure treatment room cleanliness and maintain equipment according to health and safety standards.
• Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant clinical regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist (LMT) in NJ
• Certification from an accredited massage therapy program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred in a clinical or outpatient rehab setting.
• Strong understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
