Job summary

Elements Massage Nutley is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our studio. Earn $30,000-$70,000+ per year through session rates, base pay, enhancements, bonuses and client tips, with a part-time schedule across three shifts per week including one weekend day.

Qualifications

• Active NJ LMT License (or pending graduation date for new grads).
• Core Modalities: Deep Tissue, Swedish, or Firm Pressure.
• Schedule Alignment: commit to a 3-shift weekly schedule (830-230 or 300-900), including 1 weekend day.
• Client-Centered Mindset: listening to client needs, communicating treatment plans, and growing client retention.

What We’re Looking For
