Job summary

Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC is seeking dedicated Massage Therapists to join our modern studio in a supportive, therapist-focused environment.

Full-time MTs are paid $40,000–$80,000 annually, with tips, commission pay, and paid training. We offer extensive CEU opportunities, career advancement, and 401k benefits to help you grow with our nationally recognized brand.

Qualifications

• Must have completed or be in the process of completing a Massage Therapist program.
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification.
• Must be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to performing sessions at the studio.
• We welcome students and both experienced and inexperienced Massage Therapists from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy sessions to clients.
• Maintain client comfort, safety, and privacy during treatments.
• Participate in ongoing training and education.
• Contribute to a positive, healing environment for clients and staff.
