Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Massage Therapist role based at the Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Westminster, CO. The Licensed Massage Therapist provides professional massage services tailored to client needs, including relaxation, therapeutic, and specialty modalities while following all spa protocols and safety standards. Responsibilities include conducting thorough client consultations, recommending appropriate services and treatment plans, maintaining accurate and confidential treatment records, and supporting client wellness goals. The role also involves educating clients on the benefits of regular massage, promoting service upgrades and memberships when appropriate, and collaborating with spa team members to ensure a welcoming, clean, and professional environment.

Qualifications

• Strong client-focused skills, including Customer Service and the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
• Proficiency in Therapeutic Massage techniques and Body Massage, with a commitment to safe, effective, and ethical practice.
• Experience or training in specific modalities such as Shiatsu and other relevant massage techniques.
• Ability to support client wellness goals through Stress Management techniques and education on ongoing care.
• Current state license or certification as a Massage Therapist in Colorado, in good standing.
• Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in a spa or clinical setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on spa needs.
