Job Responsibilities:

1. Design personalized treatment plans based on each client's needs.
2. Create a positive experience for guests with a friendly and helpful attitude.
3. Promote member referrals and memberships to generate new clientele.
4. Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Job Requirements:

1. Adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
2. Carry liability insurance.
3. Communicate effectively with clients, management, and staff.
4. Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
5. Knowledge of other modalities (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue) preferred but not required; training is provided.
6. Believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
