Are you a results-driven Licensed Massage Therapist eager to help people maximize their potential? We seek professionals interested in multimodal manual therapy and movement science, located at our Equinox Sports Club DC (Ritz-Carlton West End).

The Licensed Massage Therapist responsibilities include:

• Perform massages of 25, 50, 80, and 110 minutes, including deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages, in a professional setting
• Analyze client needs and develop treatment plans
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms after each session and shift
• Comply with all state regulations regarding intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes

The ideal candidate will have:

• A valid DC license or certification
• Ability to generate and retain clients through effective treatment programs
• Availability for evenings and weekends (Part-time and Full-time roles)
• Strong understanding of anatomy and movement related to soft tissue manipulation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A willingness to learn and positive energy
• Ethical standards
