Responsibilities

• Meet rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures with members and guests consistently.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Customize services based on client requests and observations
• Promote the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy lifestyle programs
• Recommend services, products, and programs confidently and knowledgeably
• Stay updated on retail products and promotions via emails, memos, and communication boards, and attend mandatory staff meetings
• Support team goals and create a positive work environment by modeling exemplary behavior

Requirements

• Participate in continuing education to improve effectiveness (preferred)
• Complete a background check with satisfactory results and positive employment references
• Adhere to all local and state licensing laws and regulations related to massage therapy, including maintaining a current Massage License
• Have knowledge and experience in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, as well as other modalities
