Job summary

Delamar Spa is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to deliver luxury spa massage services in a Greenwich, CT location. You will conduct professional consultations, tailor treatments to guest preferences, and maintain an immaculate, tranquil environment in accordance with spa standards.

Ideal candidates hold a CT massage license, CPR is preferred, and experience in luxury hospitality is a plus. Evening/weekend availability is often required to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut Massage Therapy License in good standing.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Previous luxury spa or hospitality experience preferred.

• Adapt pressure and techniques based on guest feedback while remaining within the scope of Delamar Spa treatment protocols.
• Focus on providing a luxury wellness experience rather than clinical or medical treatment.
• Recommend appropriate enhancements, home care, and retail products to support the guest's wellness journey.
• Ensure treatment rooms are impeccably clean, organized, and fully prepared before each guest.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and state licensing regulations.
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and guest preferences.
• Collaborate with Spa Coordinators and fellow team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Participate in ongoing education, product knowledge, and service training.
• Represent the Delamar brand through professionalism, integrity, and exceptional guest care.
